Presented by Brad Willems, from the Donor Motivation Program, this session is designed to uncover the challenges that face the planned giving community in Canada. We'll cover both the internal and external barriers that many nonprofits face on a daily basis, such as a lack of board support or a short term focus, as well as competition and media scrutiny.
We'll discuss the evolving donor base for planned giving, specifically how the "boomers" are impacting the community, and provide valuable feedback as to what donors are responding to in the market plus key opportunities for planned giving professionals to engage with their target audience to secure a gift for their organization.
You'll leave with a better idea of the challenges you are facing and have an opportunity to develop a comprehensive planned giving strategy with the presenter.
